Six years ago, I started learning about yoga, and it truly transformed my life.
At the time, I was struggling with many health challenges —PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome), corneal abrasions, severe depression, weak immune system and unwanted weight gain, among others. Through consistent practice, I gained knowledge into various aspects of yoga, and gradually, I overcame each obstacle that stood in my path.
I strongly believe that each individual’s yoga journey is unique! As you move through your practice, syncing breath with movement and navigating hurdles, you carve your own path to growth and self-discovery. Yoga is not just what you do on the mat, it is also and even more of what you do off the mat. It’s about how you carry the principles of Yoga, beyond your classes, integrating them into your daily interactions and decisions.”

What’s included in my Yoga Classes?

Yoga Styles
I offer a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and specialized Pre and Post Natal practices. Each style caters to different needs and preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone in my classes.

Breath Mastery (Pranayama)
Pranayama techniques help to channel ‘Prana’ throughout the body. By directing the breath to specific energy centers (chakras) or pathways (nadis), we can unlock blocked energy, and enhance overall vitality and well-being.

Asana (Pose Progression)
Throughout my classes, I guide students through a carefully structured progression of poses, starting from foundational postures and gradually advancing to more challenging asanas. I provide variations and modifications to accommodate individual abilities, allowing for continuous growth and development.

Meditation Techniques
I lead guided meditation sessions incorporating visualisation, Mantra Chanting, and Yoga Nidra. Through these techniques, students learn to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate greater presence and awareness in their daily lives.

Cleansing Practices
In my classes, I introduce ancient cleansing techniques such as Neti (nasal cleansing), Dhauti (internal cleansing), and Trataka (gazing meditation). These practices promote detoxification, release toxins, and clear energetic blockages.
